Latest acquisition: a 1,500 -ton SMC press

This equipment is to support and complement the two presses already in use in our workshop. It will enable us to finalize and refine the precision manufacturing of composite parts. This powerful tool is also very useful to us for adjusting tooling.

THE PREPARATION OF MACHINING AND MANUFACTURING RANGES

The methods office optimizes the use of our production resources.

DRILLING

We have the equipment to drill to considerable depths.

 CN IXION TLF 1004 Deep drilling/milling machine
This machine is capable of drilling to a depth of 1.5 m in one direction (3 m with turning) up to a maximum diameter of 26 mm.

CNC AND HIGH SPEED MILLING

Our equipment gives us great capacity for the manufacturing of large tools.

All CNC, our milling machines enable us to machine molds up to 6 m in length, 2.5 m wide and 1.2 m high.

INSPECTION AND METROLOGY

We carry out three-dimensional inspections (parts, molds, electrodes).
